CFM-1A Adjustable Quantitative Liquid Dispenser

I. Peristaltic Pump, Quantitative Liquid Dispensing Controller, Quantitative Liquid Transfer and Pipetting Device, CFM-1A Adjustable Quantitative Dispensing Machine----Overview

Utilizing a stepper motor to drive the peristaltic pump for liquid extraction, it combines the "constant flow" feature of peristaltic pumps with the "quantitative" function of dispensing pumps, enabling both constant flow rate liquid addition and quantitative liquid transfer on a single unit. Compact in size, multifunctional, simple and integrated in structure, and easy to operate. Flow rate is continuously adjustable, with digital display of flow rate, pump speed, and pump tube parameters. Wide quantitative volume range with high precision, suitable for constant flow transfer and quantitative dispensing of small to medium flow rate liquids. Liquid operates in a closed circuit, eliminating cross-contamination and evaporation. Compatible with most organic and inorganic liquids, resistant to acids, alkalis, and heat, meeting various application needs.

II. Peristaltic Pump, Quantitative Liquid Dispensing Controller, Quantitative Liquid Transfer and Pipetting Device, CFM-1A Adjustable Quantitative Dispensing Machine---- Functions

● Constant Speed Dispensing: Set the switch to the "Constant Flow" mode, adjust the flow rate via the "Speed Control" dial, and the machine enters a continuous constant flow dispensing mode, functioning as a constant flow pump (or peristaltic pump). Flow rate can be adjusted between 0.5～120ml/min or 4～450ml/min using the speed control knob, with digital display.

● Quantitative Dispensing: Set the switch to the "Quantitative" mode, adjust the flow rate via the "Speed Control" dial and set the dispensing time via the "Timer" dial to complete the quantitative volume setting and dispensing. Flow rate is continuously adjustable between 0.5～120ml/min or 4～450ml/min. Dispensing time can be set arbitrarily between 0.1s～99h using the "Timer". Two dispensing modes are available: "Triggered Quantitative" and "Auto Cycle Quantitative".

"Triggered Quantitative": Each manual or foot switch trigger initiates one dispensing cycle;

"Auto Cycle Quantitative": After setting the dispensing time T1 and pause time T2, the machine automatically performs multiple "dispensing-pause" cycles at intervals of T1 and T2.
